Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tabuliq, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

Tabuliq is a software service for converting receipts, invoices, PDFs, scans, and photos into editable Excel and CSV tables. The service may include upload, OCR extraction, structured rows, editable workbench views, export downloads, usage tracking, account history, subscriptions, and pay-as-you-go page bundles.

OCR results can vary based on file quality, layout, handwriting, image cropping, glare, language, and document condition. You are responsible for reviewing exported data before using it for bookkeeping, reimbursement, tax, compliance, or client work.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep your email address current so we can send account, billing, and support notices.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal, deceptive, abusive, or high-risk activities.
• Upload documents you do not have the right to process.
• Upload malware, harmful files, or content intended to disrupt the service.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, payment requirements, or access controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service.
• Use the service to process content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

Payments, Subscriptions, and Credits

Paid plans and page bundles are shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period. One-time page bundles add extra OCR capacity to an account and may expire according to the terms shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Creem where available. Taxes, invoices, and payment records may be handled by the payment provider.

You can cancel an active subscription from your billing dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access remains available until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Data and Exports

You retain responsibility for the documents you upload and the exported data you download. We grant you the ability to use the extracted Excel and CSV outputs for your own business, accounting, reimbursement, and recordkeeping needs.

We may retain structured extraction records, usage history, account activity, and billing records as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and Changes

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for maintenance, security, compliance, or product changes.

Intellectual Property

Tabuliq, including its software, interface, workflows, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, fail to pay, create security risk, or use the service in a way that may harm users, providers, or our business. You may stop using the service or cancel subscriptions at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tabuliq is provided as-is and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, accounting errors, tax penalties, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
