Introduction

Tabuliq helps users convert receipts, invoices, scans, and photos into editable Excel and CSV tables. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how uploaded files are processed, and how you can contact us about your data.

Information We Collect

We collect the information needed to operate the service:

1. Account information — name, email address, login provider, and account settings.
2. Uploaded files — receipt and invoice files you submit for OCR processing.
3. OCR output — extracted text, structured rows, table edits, export data, job status, and usage counts.
4. Billing information — plan, payment status, subscription status, invoices, and transaction identifiers provided by our payment processor.
5. Usage and device data — browser, device, approximate usage activity, error logs, and security events needed to maintain the service.
6. Support messages — emails, tickets, and related context you send to us.

Uploaded Files and OCR Results

Uploaded receipts and invoices are processed so we can extract text and build editable tables. Original file previews are not stored as a long-term archive in saved extraction history. Saved history focuses on structured extraction data, edited rows, exports, job metadata, and usage records.

We may temporarily process uploaded files through OCR infrastructure and storage needed to complete the extraction. We do not sell uploaded documents or extracted data.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide OCR extraction, editing, export, and dashboard features.
• Track page usage, plan limits, credits, and subscription status.
• Process payments, receipts, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.
• Send account, billing, security, and support messages.
• Detect abuse, prevent fraud, troubleshoot issues, and improve service reliability.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Creem where available. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Payment providers may collect billing details according to their own policies.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate OCR processing, hosting, authentication, payment, email, analytics, storage, and support. We may also disclose information when required by law or needed to protect users, our service, or our legal rights.

Data Retention

We retain account, billing, usage, and extraction records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting support. Some billing and transaction records may need to be retained for tax, fraud prevention, and compliance reasons.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls, and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect uploaded files, extracted data, and account information.

Your Choices

You can access your account, manage billing, review usage, cancel subscriptions, and download exports through the product dashboard. You may contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information.
